At Glow Grove, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. This policy outlines the guidelines for returning items purchased on our website.
What can be returned?
- Incorrect or damaged items: If you receive an item that is misprinted, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We'll gladly issue a full refund or replacement at our expense.
- Items lost in transit: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We'll work with Printful to investigate and issue a refund or replacement.
What can't be returned?
- Unclaimed returns: We cannot accept returns for packages that are undelivered due to an incorrect address provided by you or your customer. These packages will be donated to charity after 30 days.
- Buyer's remorse: We don't accept returns for unwanted items, except for customers residing in Brazil who have 7 days to return the item if they have not used or damaged it.
- Custom-made or personalized items: Due to their unique nature, custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned.
- Sealed goods for hygiene reasons: We cannot accept returns of sealed goods such as face masks.
How to return an item
If you need to return an item, please follow these steps:

- Pack your item securely: Once you have your RA number, pack the item securely in its original packaging, if possible.
- Include necessary documents: Include a copy of your packing slip or receipt with your RA number clearly marked.
- Ship the return: Ship the return package to the address we provide you with in the return authorization email. We recommend using a trackable shipping method with insurance for your protection.

Refunds
- Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets the conditions outlined above, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Exchanges
- We currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, you will need to return your original item and place a new order.
